Resizely Privacy Policy

Resizely is an online service that allows you to transform images into different resolutions and formats, using an HTTP API. The service is provided by Quantos S.r.l.s., with registered office in Via Cassia, 1284, 00189 Rome, Italy, VAT number 14767021000 (hereinafter, "Resizely" or "we").

This privacy policy (hereinafter, the "Privacy Policy") explains how Resizely collects, uses, shares and protects the personal data of the users (hereinafter, the "Users" or "you") who access or use the service. Personal data are the information that identify or make identifiable a natural person, such as the name, the email address, the IP address or other data. Resizely processes the personal data of the Users in accordance with the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (hereinafter, the "GDPR") and the other applicable laws on the protection of personal data.

The legal basis of this sharing is the execution of the contract between you and Resizely, or the legitimate interest of Resizely to ensure the operation and the management of the service.
